Shipping policy
Orders are either packed and shipped directly from our store or drop-shipped to you straight from our trusted suppliers.
We aim to have all orders processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or high order volumes - in these cases, shipping may take a few extra days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
If there’s ever a significant delay in shipping that is within our control, we’ll contact you promptly via email to keep you informed.

Overseas Shipping
Please note that any additional shipping costs or import taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We strive to accurately calculate shipping expenses at checkout. If we are notified of any additional charges beyond what you have already paid, we will reach out to you to finalise these charges before shipping your order.
Additional Shipping Costs
In some cases, if you live in a rural area or if your package exceeds the original shipping quote, our customer service team will reach out to confirm and finalise any additional shipping costs.
For items where individual shipping costs are indicated, we’ll contact you to finalise these charges before or after you complete your purchase. If you would like a quote before placing an order, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delivery delays may occur. These delays are often beyond our control, but if any issues arise, we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
Custom or Special Orders
For any brand we carry, we can order from their full range — some items may not be listed online. If there's something you're looking for, just let us know!
When you place an order for a custom product, payment in full is required before we process the order. Please note:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that the tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items. Send us a photo of the damage so we can assist you and file a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue.
