Must return to K9Paws within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in as new condition unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached (if supplied).
- The item must be free of dog hair, food/ liquid stains odours, or any signs of use.
- Feeding pouches or accessories must be returned as received, if applicable.
- For those exchanging their clothing, we will reorder your new size once you supply us with tracking that your original order has been shipped back to us
